Ramen Lab
CHALLENGE: Sun Noodle’s management saw what we did at SakaMai and wanted our help to design their new ramen bar, whose purpose was to market their freshly made noodles. This was our second design project, and while the space was small and workable, it was small and unworkable.
SOLUTION: Many design iterations and consultations later, we were able to barely fit a standing ramen counter. Ramen Lab is streamlined, with the only artful display being the overhead cabinets and the meticulous craftsmanship of the builder. Due to its popularity on social media, Ramen Lab became a marketing tool for Sun Noodle’s chef customers. Monthly - seasonal chefs could promote their restaurants by doing pop up ramen menus here. We also designed their logo, menu, and website.
